Busbar Trunking Systems for L. V. Systems (415 Volts, 3phase, 4 wire).

Two types are available:
1.) 'SANDWICH' Low Impedance, high short circuit with stand.

2.) Compact Air Insulated.

'SANDWICH' Low Impedance:

Current Ratings: With copper conductors from 800A to 5,000A.
With AL conductors from 500A to 3,600A.
Standards: Conforms to IEC - 60439/II and IS - 8623/II
Operational Voltage: 1000AC.
Insulated Voltage: 1000AC.
Protection Degree: IP-54.
Insulation: Multi Layer Glass-MICA/Polyester Class 'F'
Enclosure: CRCA/GI 1.6mm Thick.
System: 3F, 4 Wire Full Neutral.
Joint System: Uniblock design with insertion or removal from front as complete sub-assembly.
Standard Sections: 3 MTRS. Non standard sections also available.

Available as feeder duct with accessories like bends, tee-sections, flange ends, flange end boxes, protective earth, flexible connection etc.

Also available as distributor duct with tap off points, draw out plug-in boxes upto 400A.
•
Available also as rising mains for vertical distribution with spring wangers etc.

Compact Air Insulated.
Current Ratings: With copper conductors 125A to 2,000A.
With AL conductors 160A to 1,250A.
Standards: Conforms to IEC - 60439/II and IS - 8623/II
Operational Voltage: 1000AC.
Insulated Voltage: 1000AC.
Protection Degree: upto IP-54.
Insulation: 'Noryl' Class 'F'
Enclosure: CRCA/GI 1.6mm Thick.
Joint System: Uniblock design with one boli tightening for higher ratings,  clamped connection inside insulated enclosure tightened by single screw.
Standard Sections: 3 MTRS. Non standard sections also available.

Available as distributor duct with built in tap off points every 500mm on either side. Plug-in boxes available form 32A to 400A. Accessories like flange end boxes, tee-section, bends available.

Available as feeder duct with or without tap off points, with accessories. 
•
Available as rising mains for vertical distribution with 2hrs rated fire barriers at floor crossings.
Standard section are 3m long. Non standard sections also available.
All ratings are with 147mm depth.
