Established in 2004, C&S Lighting and Wiring Accessories (P) Ltd.(C&S LWA) formerly known as Controls & Switchgear Gewiss India (P) Ltd., was set up to bring cutting edge technologies and trends in the field of lighting and wiring devices to the Indian market. C&S LWA is now a 100% owned subsidiary of the Controls & Switchgear Company (C&S) and has established its reputation in the market for its high quality products and reliable services. 

The Company has a national presence through its 22 marketing offices & over 100 dealers spread across the country. The production and R&D facilities are based in Haridwar in a C&S production complex spread over 15 acres. This allows the company to leverage the synergies and strengths of the group.

In addition, through a supply agreement with Gewiss Spa, C&S LWA continues to offer to its customers certain niche products sourced from Italy.
