Electronic Motor Protection Relay

General
CS-LG EMPR (Electronic Motor Protection Relay) is also called EOCR (Electronic Over-current Relay), and it's used together with Contactor for protecting electric motor. EMPR is a reliable electronic motor protective relay that materializes the real time data processing and protective algorithm by utilizing MCU (Microprocessor Control Unit).

Characteristics

Various Motor Protective Functions

EMPR with the built-in MCU has multi - functions  to   protect  motor against over-current, single phase, unbalance and negative phase.

Identification of Operative Causes
An LED or 7-Segment window of EMPR indicates the operative causes, it is very easy to analyze and solve problems at site.

Operating Current and Time Setting
EMPR can be applied to various loads since users can select the operating current and tripping time according to the different kinds of load.

No Voltage Release (NVR) Function
NVR prevents accidents when there are abnormalities in the operating voltage of EMPR.

Possible to Select Inverse Time Features
EMPR features two kinds of trip time setting: the definite time setting in which the trip setting time is constant and independent of the over-current magnitude, and the inverse time that operates according to the over-current value. This selective function makes EMPR very suitable for motor protection against various faults.
